为遵守反欺诈、网络安全、财务与争议处理等法定义务，下列信息可能在法定期限内单独保存，到期删除或匿名化，且不用于与注销无关的营销：
注销后，星空号可能被回收；他人不得用你的身份继续使用该账号。未完成的会员或数字权益将按用户协议处理，一般不予折现。

Use the form at the top of this page: enter your Starry username, login password and 64-character recovery key, type 确认删除 (or DELETE), then confirm. Deletion is immediate after verification.
If you lost the recovery key, open the Starry app → Me → Settings → Help & Feedback, or contact StarryCS. Support requests are typically completed within 7 days (no more than 30 days).
Web form: immediate after we verify username, password and recovery key. Support channel: usually within 7 calendar days.
Profile data, friend relationships, server-side chats, Moments and related account data are deleted or anonymized. Messages already delivered to other users may remain on their devices; we cannot force-delete other people’s copies. Security logs, fraud-prevention records or legally required transaction records may be kept only for the period required by law, then deleted or anonymized, and are not used for marketing.
You can no longer sign in. The username may be recycled. Web-form deletion cannot be undone once completed.
